1. Nationwide Shipping Overview

Vazz Auto is pleased to offer FREE standard nationwide shipping on qualifying automotive parts throughout the 48 contiguous United States. We safely transport everything from small electronic sensors to heavy freight engines and commercial transmissions.

2. Order Processing and Handling Times

  • Standard Small/Medium Parcels: Items such as mirrors, alternators, starters, steering pumps, and headlights require one to two (1–2) business days for testing, quality packaging, and carrier dispatch.
  • Heavy Freight Assemblies (Engines & Transmissions): Heavy mechanical assemblies require two to four (2–4) business days for final compression testing, fluid draining, degreasing, pallet strapping, and protective shrink-wrapping prior to carrier pickup.
  • Processing Cutoff: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next active business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times

A. Ground Parcel Shipping (FedEx / UPS)

Used for components weighing under 100 lbs (lights, mirrors, sensors, fuel injectors).
Estimated transit time: three to six (3–6) business days across the continental US.

B. LTL Commercial Freight Shipping

Partner carriers: R&L Carriers, Estes, Central Freight, TForce. Used for heavy engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and complete axles.
Estimated transit time: five to nine (5–9) business days depending on distance.

4. Commercial vs. Residential Freight Deliveries

A. Commercial Addresses

Free freight delivery is provided directly to commercial automotive shops, repair garages, dealerships, or businesses equipped with a dedicated loading dock or operational forklift capable of unloading a 500+ lb pallet.

B. Residential Curbside Delivery & Liftgate Service

Delivery to private residences or businesses without an unloading dock requires a specialized freight truck equipped with a hydraulic liftgate. While freight transit is free, residential liftgate requests may require customer coordination with the freight dispatch.

C. Terminal Pickup Option

Customers can also choose to pick up their palletized freight at the local freight carrier terminal in their metropolitan area for zero extra surcharge.

5. Order Tracking Information

As soon as your part is dispatched, Vazz Auto automatically sends an email confirmation containing the carrier name, PRO freight number or ground tracking number, and carrier tracking portal link. You can track your shipment 24/7 online or by calling our support line at (855) 634-4477.

6. Critical Delivery Acceptance and Damage Inspection Protocol

IMPORTANT: You must inspect the exterior of the freight pallet or packaging BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.

  • Check for visible damage, crushed boxes, broken engine sensor covers, cracked valve covers, or torn shrink wrap.
  • If major damage is observed, you MUST write 'DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY' clearly on the driver's delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) before the driver leaves, and take clear photos immediately.
  • Contact Vazz Auto support at (855) 634-4477 within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery so we can immediately file a carrier insurance claim and coordinate a rapid replacement.

7. Geographic Shipping Restrictions

  • Contiguous United States: We ship across all 48 continental states.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories: Free shipping applies only to the lower 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and PR are available on select parts for an additional freight surcharge. Call (855) 634-4477 for a custom freight quote.
  • APO / FPO / PO Boxes: Because of dimensional and weight restrictions, we cannot deliver auto parts to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Shipping: We do not offer direct international shipping outside the United States and Canada at this time.
