These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vazzauto.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Vazz Auto ("Vazz Auto," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy by reference. Where a specific policy conflicts with these Terms, the specific policy controls for its subject matter.
Vazz Auto is a United States retailer of used, OEM, remanufactured, and aftermarket automotive parts. We sell online and by telephone and ship throughout the United States. We are a parts seller only. We do not install parts, perform repairs, diagnose vehicles, or provide mechanical services.
Fulfillment-partner model. Vazz Auto is an independent online auto-parts retailer operating through a fulfillment-partner model. We do not maintain our own warehouse or inventory. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by authorized distributors, manufacturers, or verified third-party suppliers. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate shipments and on different dates.
We sell parts in several conditions, and the condition is stated on the product listing or confirmed by a specialist before your order:
We make reasonable efforts to describe parts accurately, including mileage where available. Mileage figures for used parts are supplied by the donor source and are provided as an estimate, not a guarantee. Photographs may be representative of the part type rather than the exact unit shipped unless the listing states otherwise. Monitor color reproduction varies and we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen are exact.
Unless expressly stated, a part is supplied as a bare unit and does not include sensors, solenoids, harnesses, brackets, pulleys, converters, fluids, filters, gaskets, mounting hardware, or programming. Ask a specialist before ordering if you require accessories to be included.
This is the single most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
Correct part selection depends on information you provide. You are responsible for supplying accurate vehicle details, including year, make, model, engine, trim, drivetrain, and VIN, and for confirming that the part you order is correct for your vehicle and your intended repair.
Where we perform VIN-based fitment verification, we do so using the information you supply and the data available to us. Verification is a reasonable-efforts service and is not a guarantee of fitment in every circumstance, particularly where a vehicle has been modified, previously repaired with non-original parts, or falls in a mid-year production change.
We strongly recommend that you consult a qualified mechanic before ordering. We do not diagnose vehicle faults. Any guidance from our staff about likely causes, compatibility, or suitability is general information only and is not a professional diagnosis or a substitute for inspection by a licensed technician.
If you order the wrong part because incorrect or incomplete vehicle information was provided, the return will be treated as a customer-initiated return under our Return and Refund Policy, and a restocking fee and original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
We do not cover labor, installation, diagnostic, towing, rental car, storage, downtime, loss of use, or any other operating or consequential cost, under any circumstances, whether or not a part is found to be defective. Our maximum liability for any part is set out in Section 14.
You are responsible for having parts installed by a qualified, licensed professional. Improper installation is a leading cause of part failure, and installation by an unqualified person will void any applicable warranty.
Certain parts require additional steps to function correctly, which are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price unless expressly agreed in writing. These include, without limitation: programming or flashing of control modules to your vehicle’s VIN and synchronization with the vehicle’s anti-theft system; replacement of fluids, filters, gaskets, and seals; cooling-system flushing before transmission installation; and adaptive relearn procedures. Ask a specialist before ordering if you are unsure which steps apply.
Parts are covered by a limited replacement warranty. The warranty period that applies to your purchase is the period stated on the product listing, on your invoice, or confirmed to you in writing by a Vazz Auto specialist at the time of sale.
The warranty period runs from the date of delivery. Where a part is returned under warranty, the returned goods must reach us before the warranty period expires. Contact us as soon as a fault appears rather than waiting, because return transit can take several weeks.
What the warranty covers
What the warranty does not cover
How the warranty works
Contact us before returning anything. Do not send a part back without an RMA. Where a covered defect is confirmed, we will first attempt to supply a replacement. If a replacement cannot be supplied, we will refund the purchase price of the part. Goods must reach us before the warranty period expires. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Full details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and dispatch the part. We may decline or cancel any order, including after it has been submitted, and including where a part is unavailable, where pricing or description was stated in error, or where an order appears fraudulent or is placed by a dealer or reseller.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted by telephone are valid only for the period stated by the specialist. Typographical errors in price, description, availability, shipping cost, or transit time may be corrected at any time, including after your order is submitted.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transaction and contact you.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or offered by a specialist. Payment must clear before dispatch.
Important notice about payment methods. Some payment methods we accept, including Zelle and Western Union, are intended for payments between parties who know each other and generally do not provide the purchase-protection, dispute, or chargeback rights that credit and debit cards provide. You choose your payment method, and you should consider this difference before doing so. Whichever method you choose, your rights under our Return and Refund Policy and Section 6 above apply in full.
You are responsible for any applicable sales or use tax and for any fees your bank or payment provider charges.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Large items such as engines and transmissions ship by freight and require a suitable delivery location; the carrier will typically contact you to arrange delivery. Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, or redelivery after a missed appointment.
Inspect before you sign. You must inspect the shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before signing. Signing a clear delivery receipt for a visibly damaged shipment may prevent a freight damage claim from succeeding. Report damage or a shortage to us immediately, and in any event within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. We are not responsible for parts lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, or for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control. You are responsible for supplying a correct and complete delivery address; address correction charges may be passed on to you.
Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, and subject to that policy: contact us before returning anything and obtain an RMA; do not ship a part back without one; items may be returned within 15 days of delivery; single items from a set cannot be returned individually; returns arising from a customer ordering error or change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee and deduction of the original shipping cost; and items returned after the warranty period has expired are not refundable.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once a part has been dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return under the Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit.
Certain parts, including catalytic converters and other emissions-control components, are regulated under the federal Clean Air Act and by state programs including California’s CARB requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that any part you order is legal for use on your vehicle in your state and passes any applicable inspection.
Parts sold for off-road, racing, or competition use only must not be installed on a vehicle operated on public roads. We do not sell, and will not knowingly supply, any part or service intended to defeat, bypass, delete, or disable an emissions-control device, and we do not provide guidance on doing so.
Safety restraint components, including airbags, airbag control modules, seat belts, and pretensioners, are safety-critical and are regulated. They must be inspected, installed, and calibrated only by a qualified professional, and must not be reused where the vehicle has been in a deployment event unless a qualified professional confirms they are serviceable. You are responsible for compliance with all federal and state law applicable to these parts.
Anti-theft and immobilizer components must be programmed and synchronized to the vehicle through proper channels, such as the vehicle manufacturer, a franchised dealer, or a licensed automotive locksmith. We supply these parts for legitimate repair only. We do not provide, and will not provide, any information intended to bypass, defeat, or circumvent a vehicle security or immobilizer system, and we may require proof of ownership before supplying such a part.
Except for the limited warranty expressly stated in Section 6, the Website, all products, and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, durability, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Website, including descriptions, availability, pricing, and fitment data, is accurate, complete, or current.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vazz Auto and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use, loss of data, vehicle downtime, towing, storage, rental vehicle costs, diagnostic charges, or labor and installation costs, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any part, order, the Website, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the part giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vazz Auto and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of: your use of the Website; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law or third-party right; the installation, use, or misuse of any part you purchase; or any inaccurate vehicle information you supply to us.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, contact us at info@vazautosolutions.com and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Vazz Auto agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any part purchased will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will be held in Montgomery County, Maryland, or by telephone or video conference if agreed.
No class actions. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Exceptions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm, and either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing info@vazautosolutions.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line. If you opt out, disputes are resolved under Section 22.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration under Section 21, you agree that disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supplier failure, labor disputes, natural disasters, severe weather, power or network failure, or government action.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. Sections 5, 6, 13, 14, 15, 17, 21, and 22 survive termination. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive for all purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after the effective date means you accept the changes. The Terms in effect on the date you place an order govern that order.
